The invention provides a floating type wind power foundation structure. The structure comprises a main floating bin part, an auxiliary floating bin part, a steel connecting rod part, an anchoring system part, an auxiliary facility part and a power generation fan part, a first mounting clamping groove is formed in the side wall of the main floating bin part, an anchor chain fixing device is arranged at the top of the main floating bin part, and a multi-stage sealing water bin and a balance weight bin are arranged at the bottom of the main floating bin part; a second mounting clamping groove isformed in the side wall of the auxiliary floating bin part, the two ends of the steel connecting rod part are fixed in the first mounting clamping groove and the second mounting clamping groove correspondingly, and ballast water adjusting devices are arranged in the main floating bin part and the auxiliary floating bin part; the anchoring system part comprises an anchor chain and an anchorage structure, one end of the anchor chain is connected with the anchor chain fixing device, and the other end of the anchor chain is fixed to the seabed through the anchorage structure; and the ancillary facility part comprises a fan cable mounting sleeve, a fender, a crawling ladder and a handrail. The invention further discloses a construction and installation method of the floating type wind power foundation structure. The floating type wind power foundation structure is suitable for sea areas with deep water and relatively flat seabed terrains, and well adapts to the wave effect.
