The lower end of the suction type anchoring component is used for being fixedly embedded in a seabed foundation, the upper end of the tension component is installed on the barrel type foundation, and the lower end of the tension component is installed on the suction type anchoring component. The device has good movement and stress performance and obvious economical efficiency, and the cost of offshore energy development can be remarkably reduced.
