The invention relates to a jacking supporting device for building construction and a construction method.The jacking supporting device comprises a plurality of supporting mechanisms, a plurality of reinforcing mechanisms and an adaptive mechanism, the multiple supporting mechanisms are vertically arranged, four fixing columns are fixedly connected between the multiple supporting mechanisms, and the adaptive mechanism is located at the top of the uppermost supporting mechanism; the multiple reinforcing mechanisms are arranged among the multiple fixing columns correspondingly, mounting plates are welded to the tops and the bottoms of the fixing columns correspondingly, four large hexagonal high-strength bolts which are symmetrical in pairs are arranged in the mounting plates, the large hexagonal high-strength bolts are sleeved with nuts used in a matched mode, and multiple embedded blocks are arranged at the bottom of the supporting mechanism located at the lowest position. The problems that when an existing high-rise connected large steel structure installation monitoring system is installed, a supporting jig frame needs to be built in advance, when the jig frame is dismantled, a stand column used for supporting a steel structure needs to be cut, continuous vibration occurs in the cutting process, and then the overall stability of the steel structure is affected are solved.
