The invention relates to a rolling brush device for track snow removal and an operation method thereof. The rolling brush device comprises a roller (2), a connecting support (7) and a sweeping brush (1) fixed to the outer circle of the roller. The two ends of the roller are connected with a driving device (3) through bearings, and a lifting oil cylinder assembly (6), a sliding groove assembly (4)and a manual locking device (5) are arranged at the two ends of the roller respectively to conduct lifting control, guiding and locking. The rolling brush device can integrally ascend and descend andis stable and reliable, the rolling brush device can ascend and retract into the limit range of a rolling stock during interval operation, and the rolling brush device can descend to the surface of asleeper slab at least during operation; the rolling brush device is arranged on a snow removal working trolley of the rail snow removal vehicle, can integrally move, can be collected on a main vehicle, does not influence the interval operation performance of the rail snow removal vehicle, and can be put down to conduct snow removal operation. Proper brush wires are selected, the rotating speed anddepth are reasonably matched, accumulated snow on a ballast bed can be swept up during high-speed operation, and meanwhile ballast bed line equipment is not damaged.
本发明涉及一种轨道除雪用滚刷装置及其作业方法，包括滚筒（2）、连接支架（7）以及固定在滚筒的外圆上的扫刷（1）；滚筒的两端通过轴承与驱动装置（3）连接，所述滚筒的两端分别设有升降油缸组件（6）、滑槽组件（4）和手动锁定装置（5）进行升降控制、导向和锁定。本发明的滚刷装置能整体升降，并且非常平稳、可靠，区间运行时可上升收起至机车车辆限界范围内，作业时最低可降至轨枕板表面；滚刷装置布置在轨道除雪车的除雪工作小车上，可整体进行移动，既能收至主车上，不影响轨道除雪车的区间运行性能，也可以放下来进行扫雪作业；选择合适的刷丝，并合理匹配转速及深度，能在高速运行时扫起道床上的积雪，同时不破坏道床线路设备。
