Seamless welding process for ceramic material and metal material
The invention discloses a seamless welding process for a ceramic material and a metal material. The seamless welding process comprises the following steps of: material cleaning, welding surface sand blasting treatment, welding surface spraying treatment, welding surface lamination, pre-welding fixing, weldment pressing and surplus discharging, temperature stopping and pressure maintaining, weldment cooling, and weldment detection. By means of the seamless welding process for the ceramic material and the metal material, not only is weld joint on the mold eliminated, but also the precision, thesmoothness and the appearance observability of the part are correspondingly improved; according to the seamless welding technology, efficient control is implemented in the welding process of the ceramic material and the metal material, the machining period of the die is shortened; due to the fact that the product produced through the technology has excellent surface smoothness, secondary sprayingand annealing are not needed, and size changes caused by secondary shrinkage are avoided.
