Method for manufacturing regenerated aluminum oxide ceramic balls by using waste aluminum oxide material
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing regenerated aluminum oxide ceramic balls by using a waste aluminum oxide material. According to the method, recycled waste alumina materials, namelywaste activated alumina balls, inert filler balls, an alumina catalyst carrier, ceramic waste sticks, waste electric ceramics, daily-use ceramics and the like are adopted. The catalyst is prepared from, by weight, 5-80 parts of recycled activated aluminum oxide or recycled aluminum oxide catalyst carrier particles, 3-60 parts of ceramic waste stick particles, 5-10 parts of waste ceramic powder, 2-10 parts of alpha-aluminum oxide, 2-5 parts of black mud, 1-5 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-5 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate and 2-5 parts of ethylene through special processing and formula preparation. The method has the advantages that firstly, the national environmental protection is facilitated, wastes are turned into wealth, and limited resources are saved; secondly, the energy consumptionis reduced, and the cost is saved; and thirdly, the product is high in strength, stable in chemical property and good in thermal shock resistance.
