Coated proppant with slow-release gel breaking effect and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a coated proppant with a slow-release gel breaking effect and a preparation method. The coated proppant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 150 parts of an aggregate, 6 to 22 parts of combined gel breaker, 20 to 30 parts of a slow-release agent and 36 to 45 parts of a mixture of a resin binder and a curing agent. The coated proppant is suitable for oil well reservoir transformation, can be in contact with reservoir rock for a long time, gradually releases the gel breaker, and reduces damage of retained fracturing fluid through comprehensive contact with a fracturing fluid under the condition of restoring ground temperature, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the oil well yield; labor intensity is reduced; meanwhile, the gel breaker does not need to be added manually or mechanically under control, and special process filling is not needed. And uneven filling of the gel breaker can be avoided, and meanwhile sand blockagecaused by the too large adding amount of the gel breaker is avoided.
本发明提供一种具有缓释破胶作用覆膜支撑剂及制备方法,按重量比包括以下原料:骨料100‑150份、组合破胶剂6‑22、缓释剂20‑30份、树脂粘结剂和固化剂的混合物36‑45份。本发明适用于油井储层改造,能够长时间与储层岩石接触,逐渐释放破胶剂,通过与压裂液在恢复地温条件下全面接触,降低滞留压裂液伤害,达到提高油井产量的目的。能够降低了劳动强度,同时不用人工或控制机械加入破胶剂,无需特殊工艺加注。能够避免破胶剂加注不均匀,同时避免破胶剂加量太大而导致砂堵。
