The invention relates to a main tower steel bar construction method. The method comprises the steps that prefabricating a stiff framework truss structure; binding section steel bars of a main tower onthe stiff framework truss structure until all the section steel bars of the current section are bound to form a steel bar frame of the current section; adopting a tower crane to hoist the steel bar frame of the current section to a preset position; and aligning and connecting the steel bar frame of the current section and the installed steel bar frame of the previous section. According to the main tower steel bar construction method, construction is safer, the construction period is shortened, and the structure is more stable.
