The method comprises the steps of selecting a crawler crane as hoisting equipment; pre-burying a temporary support on the pier top; arranging a pier top limiting plate on the pier body; arranging a bottom leaning plate on the bottom surface of the steel bent cap; hoisting the steel bent cap; adjusting the angle of the steel bent cap; enabling the steel bent cap to fall; enabling the bottom leaning plate to be clung to the pier top limiting plate; falling down the bent cap again; and welding the temporary support and the lower end edges of the left and right ends. The method has the beneficial effects that operation is easy and convenient, labor and time are saved, accurate in-place work can be completed only in 5-7 minutes, construction is efficient and reliable within the skylight time point, hoisting construction tasks can be completed safely and efficiently, the cost can be obviously reduced, the construction period can be shortened, and precious practical experience is accumulated for existing railway large-scale hoisting construction in the future.The leaning plate and the limiting plate are both made of Q345qD steel plates, are high in strength and rigidity and not prone to deformation, and can effectively ensure that bent cap falling is completed within the shortest time during hoisting.
