Modification method for reducing water absorption rate of recycled fine aggregate
The invention discloses a modification method for reducing the water absorption rate of construction waste recycled fine aggregate. The method mainly comprises the following steps: 1) soaking and cleaning the recycled fine aggregate in tap water, and airing; (2) completely immersing in a solvent naphtha solution of paraffin; and (3) after sufficient soaking, fishing out the recycled fine aggregate, and heating the recycled fine aggregate in a constant-temperature sealed and steam-recycled device of which the temperature is lower than the melting point of paraffin and higher than the final boiling point of solvent naphtha until the mass is not changed any more, thereby obtaining the modified aggregate. The modification method is easy to operate, the solvent can be repeatedly used, the modification effect is good, the water absorption rate of the recycled coarse aggregate can be effectively reduced, and the strength and the impermeability of the hardened mortar are obviously improved.
本发明公开一种降低建筑垃圾再生细骨料吸水率的改性方法。该方法主要包括:1)将再生细骨料用自来水中浸泡清洗后晾干;2)将其完全浸没在石蜡的溶剂石脑油溶液中;3)浸泡充分后,将再生细骨料捞出,置于温度低于石蜡的熔点、高于溶剂石脑油的终馏点的恒温密封且有蒸汽回收的装置中加热,直至质量不再变化,即得到改性后的骨料。该改性方法操作简单、溶剂可重复利用,且改性效果好,能有效降低再生粗骨料的吸水率,明显提高硬化砂浆的强度和抗渗性能。
