The invention discloses a pore pressure static penetrating probe based on fiber bragg grating and a static penetrating test method thereof. The pore pressure static penetrating probe is provided witha pore pressure detection cavity. When water enters the pore pressure detection cavity and is subjected to water pressure, a pressure film will deform, and the wavelength of the fiber bragg grating will change. A permeable stone is provided at the junction of a friction cylinder and a cone to ensure that water can enter the pore pressure detection cavity. The joints with the outside are all connected with a rubber ring to maintain good waterproof performance of the probe. The pore pressure static penetrating probe based on fiber bragg grating broadens the technical means of static penetrationtest. A pressure sensing beam structure introduced in the invention can automatically offset the temperature item in subsequent data processing to realize temperature self-compensation, has advantagessuch as high sensitivity, good stability, insulation, water resistance, corrosion resistance and easy realization of long-distance signal transmission and measurement and control, and can work in harsh environments, thereby laying the foundation for the subsequent application of fiber bragg grating static penetration technology to practical projects.
本发明公开一种基于光纤光栅的孔压静力触探探头及其静力触探试验方法,设有孔压检测腔,当水进入孔压检测腔,受到水压力作用,压力膜会产生变形,光纤光栅波长会产生变化。摩擦筒与锥头连接处设有透水石,以保证水能进入孔压检测腔。与外侧连接处均用橡胶圈连接,以保持探头良好的防水性能。基于光纤光栅的孔压静力触探探头,拓宽了静力触探试验的技术手段。本次发明引入的压力感测梁结构,在后续数据处理中能将温度项自动抵消,实现温度自补偿,具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、绝缘、防水、耐腐蚀,容易实现远距离信号传输和测量控制等优点,并且可在恶劣环境下工作,为后续将光纤光栅静力触探技术广泛应用于实际工程奠定基础。
