The invention discloses a flue construction method. A flue mounting device is adopted for construction, the flue mounting device comprises a rectangular frame type steel bearing component, a frame ofthe steel bearing component is a steel framework with a T-shaped section, and a plurality of through holes are formed in outer side wing plates of the steel framework and a plurality of transverse anchoring steel bars are fixedly connected to the outer side wing plates of the steel framework; the construction method comprises the construction steps of welding the steel framework into a rectangularframe according to the design size of a flue; machining the through holes in the outer side wing plates of the steel framework, welding the anchoring steel bars according to the binding requirement,and completing the manufacturing of the flue mounting device; mounting the flue mounting device at the designed position of the flue, and binding and connecting the anchoring steel bars of the flue mounting device with floor steel bars and shear wall steel bars around the flue; pouring concrete, specifically, pouring the flue mounting device, a floor around the flue and a shear wall into a whole through the concrete; mounting a flue on the inner side of the flue mounting device; and carrying out waterproof and inlaying operations on the outer side of the flue mounting device.
本发明公开了一种烟道施工方法。其采用烟道安装装置进行施工，烟道安装装置包括矩形框式的钢承托构件，钢承托构件的边框是截面呈T型的钢骨架，钢骨架的外侧翼板上设置有若干个通孔和固定连接有多个横向的锚固钢筋；包括如下施工步骤：按照烟道的设计尺寸将所述钢骨架焊接成矩形框；在所述钢骨架的外侧翼板上加工通孔，并按照绑扎要求焊接所述锚固钢筋，完成烟道安装装置的制作；将烟道安装装置安装在烟道设计位置，将烟道安装装置的锚固钢筋与烟道周围的楼板钢筋和剪力墙钢筋绑扎连接在一起；浇筑混凝土，将烟道安装装置与烟道周围的楼板和剪力墙通过混凝土浇筑为一体；在烟道安装装置的内侧安装烟道；在烟道安装装置的外侧进行防水、镶贴作业。
