The recycled aggregate comprises (by weight): 680 to 750 parts of slag ceramsite, 55 to 65 parts of fly ash and 25 to 35 parts of waste concrete blocks. The gravel aggregate is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 780 to 830 parts of river sand and 30 to 40 parts of iron ore. The concrete has the effects of increasing the heat conductivity coefficient and improving water seepage, and has the advantages of increasing the contact area between water and the concrete, increasing the drying speed and reducing accumulated water on the road surface.
