The invention discloses light recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method of the light recycled concrete comprises the following steps: step (1): uniformly mixing recycled aggregate, fly ash, ceramsite and recycled stone powder to obtain a first mixture; (2) uniformly mixing cement, water, a water reducing agent and sand to obtain a second mixture; and (3) adding the first mixture into the second mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the recycled concrete. According to the light recycled concrete and the preparation method thereof, the concrete can be light in weight, convenient to prepare, good in heat insulation and compression resistance effects, short in setting time and good in early strength, shale ceramsite, construction waste, ceramsite and recycled aggregate are used as raw materials, and the light recycled concrete is environment-friendly and energy-saving. While resource recycling can be effectively achieved, the heat preservation effect of the concrete is improved, and energy conservation, emission reduction and environment protection are better facilitated.
