The invention relates to the field of building construction and discloses a subway deep foundation pit well point dewatering system and a construction method thereof. The subway deep foundation pit well point dewatering system comprises a well pipe, a sealing well lid, an air compressor, an air inlet pipe, a vacuum pump and a water discharging pipe. The well pipe comprises a water filtering pipe and a precipitation pipe which are arranged in a dewatering well, and the precipitation pipe is fixedly connected to the bottom of the water filtering pipe; the sealing well lid is arranged on the topof the water filtering pipe, and a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in the sealing well lid; and the air compressor and the vacuum pump are arranged outside the dewatering well,one end of the air inlet pipe is connected with the air compressor, the other end of the air inlet pipe communicates with the bottom of the well pipe through the first through hole, one end of the water discharging pipe is connected with the vacuum pump, and the other end of the water discharging pipe communicates with the bottom of the well pipe and communicates with the gas inlet pipe. By meansof the subway deep foundation pit well point dewatering system and the construction method thereof, the technical problems that an existing subway foundation pit dewatering project is high in equipment input cost, complex to install and low in dewatering efficiency are solved.
