The preparation process comprises the following steps of: roasting hydrotalcite, and then respectively carrying out ionexchange reaction with nitrite and vitamin C. The corrosion inhibitor disclosed by the invention has a relatively good effect of resisting chloride ion corrosion, and has the advantage of long anti-rust time.
