The invention discloses modified hydrotalcite intercalated with a corrosion inhibitor and a preparation method and application of the modified hydrotalcite intercalated with the corrosion inhibitor, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: placing magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite powder in a muffle furnace, heating to 480-520 DEG C, calcining, and cooling to room temperature to obtain powder which is roasted hydrotalcite; the preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing benzotriazole and roasted hydrotalcite, dissolving the benzotriazole and the roasted hydrotalcite in water to prepare a solution, and stirring; heating the solution, violently stirring, centrifuging, and washing with water for 3-5 times; and putting the centrifuged hydrotalcite into an environment of 75-105 DEG C for vacuum drying to obtain the product, namely the modified hydrotalcite intercalated with the corrosion inhibitor. The synthetic method of the modified hydrotalcite disclosed by the invention is relatively simple, the control precision of synthetic conditions is not strict, and the synthesized LDHs-BTA has relatively excellent rust inhibition capability, not only has relatively strong Cl <-> adsorption capability in concrete, but also can release BTA ions to act on reinforcing steel bars to form a protective film, so that the corrosion process of the reinforcing steel bars is further delayed.
本发明公开了一种插层阻锈剂的改性水滑石及其制备方法和应用,制备方法包括如下步骤:将镁铝水滑石粉末置于马弗炉中,升温至480~520℃后煅烧,然后冷却至室温,所得粉末为焙烧水滑石;分别称取苯并三唑和焙烧水滑石溶于水中配成溶液,搅拌;将溶液加热,剧烈搅拌,然后离心、水洗3~5次;将离心后的水滑石放入75~105℃的环境中真空干燥,得到产物插层阻锈剂的改性水滑石。本发明所公开的改性水滑石合成方法相对简单,合成条件的控制精度也不严格,且合成的LDHs‑BTA具有较为出色的阻锈能力,其在混凝土内部不仅具有较强的Cl‑吸附能力,还能释放BTA离子作用在钢筋上形成保护膜,进一步延缓钢筋的锈蚀过程。
