A hydrotalcite corrosion inhibitor preparation method based on single-point pH value control comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving 12.49 parts by mass of magnesium nitrate hexahydrate in 122 parts by mass of water to obtain a solution A; and dissolving 1-2 parts by mass of sodium metaaluminate and 2.72-5.04 parts by mass of sodium hydroxide in 122 parts by mass of water to obtain a solution B; (2) keeping the temperature at a certain value, introducing nitrogen and continuously stirring while dropwise adding the solution A into the solution B, and controlling the pH value of a mixed solution C after dropwise adding to be 11-13.5; (3) continuously stirring for a certain time, and centrifugally washing the obtained precipitation product; (4) vacuum-drying on the centrifugally washed precipitation product at 60 DEG C for 36-48 hours; and (5) grinding and sieving the dried product to obtain the hydrotalcite corrosion inhibitor.
一种基于单点控制pH值的水滑石阻锈剂制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)12.49份质量六水合硝酸镁溶于122份质量的水中,获得溶液A;1~2份质量偏铝酸钠与2.72~5.04份质量氢氧化钠溶于122份质量的水中,获得溶液B;(2)保持一定温度,通入氮气并不断搅拌的同时将溶液A滴入溶液B,控制滴加完毕后的混合溶液C的pH=11~13.5;(3)持续搅拌一定时间,将得到的沉淀产物离心洗涤;(4)将离心洗涤后的沉淀产物在60℃下真空干燥36~48小时;(5)将干燥后的产物研磨过筛得到水滑石阻锈剂。
