Method for preparing foamed wall material from municipal sludge
The invention discloses a method for preparing a foamed wall material from municipal sludge. The method comprises the following steps: S1, performing anaerobic fermentation of the sludge: drying the municipal sludge until the water content is 40-45%, inoculating 0.05-0.2 wt% of methanogens and 0.05-0.1 wt% of saccharomycetes, carrying out anaerobic fermentation at 30 DEG C for 25 days, collectingthe generated biogas, steaming out alcohol, and introducing ozone into the obtained expanded sludge for sterilization and deodorization; S2, performing puffing treatment on straw fibers; S3, carryingout puffing treatment on fly ash; and S4, preparing the foaming wall material: a, preparing materials; b, foaming; and c, uniformly mixing the expanded fly ash, cement and water, adding the expanded sludge and the expanded straw fibers, uniformly stirring, adding the prepared foam, uniformly mixing, pouring into a wall mold, naturally curing for 10-14 days, demolding, and drying to obtain the product. The prepared foaming wall material is light in weight, high in strength, resistant to fire and flame, excellent in heat insulation and sound insulation performance, high in corrosion resistance and mildew resistance, small in shrinkage rate, wide in raw material source and low in cost, and waste is turned into wealth.
本发明公开一种利用市政污泥制备发泡墙体材料的方法,包括以下步骤:S1:污泥的厌氧发酵:将市政污泥干燥至含水量为40~45%,再接种0.05~0.2wt%产甲烷菌和0.05~0.1wt%酵母菌,30℃厌氧发酵25d,收集产生的沼气、蒸出酒精后,并向所得膨化污泥通入臭氧进行杀菌除臭;S2:秸秆纤维的膨化处理;S3:粉煤灰的膨化处理;S4:制备发泡墙体材料:a.备料;b.发泡;c.将膨化粉煤灰、水泥与水混合均匀后,再加入膨化污泥、膨化秸秆纤维,搅拌均匀后,再加入制成的泡沫,混合均匀后,浇筑到墙体模具中,自然养护10~14d,脱模、烘干后,即得。本发明制备出的发泡墙体材料质轻、强度高、抗火阻燃,保温隔热、隔音性能优异,防腐防霉性能强,收缩率小,原料来源广、成本低廉,变废为宝。
