The invention discloses low-cost self-leveling mortar with a waterproof function. The low-cost self-leveling mortar is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 18-25% of Portlandcement, 1.2-2.5% of polystyrene foam, 25-35% of fly ash, 18-25% of causticized white sludge, 8-10% of ethyl acetate, 0.02-0.05% of an early strength agent, 0.02-0.05% of a defoaming agent, 0.12-0.15%of a retarder, 0.15-0.25% of a water reducing agent and the balance of waste refractory bricks. The most main component is fly ash, and the content of the fly ash is 25% or more, so that the problem that the fly ash cannot be treated and is piled into mountains in China is greatly solved, and environmental protection is facilitated, the added causticized white mud slag and waste refractory bricksare industrial and building wastes, so that the price is low, and the polystyrene foam and the ethyl acetate are added and matched to form a compact organic film in an inorganic system of the cement,so that the waterproof performance of the mortar is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种具有防水功能的低成本自流平砂浆，由以下重量百分比的成分组成：硅酸盐水泥18‑25%、聚丙乙烯泡沫1.2‑2.5%、粉煤灰25‑35%、苛化白泥渣18‑25%、乙酸乙酯8‑10%、早强剂0.02‑0.05%、消泡剂0.02‑0.05%、缓凝剂0.12‑0.15%、减水剂0.15‑0.25%和废弃耐火砖余量。其中最主要的成分为粉煤灰，其含量达到25%以上，大量解决了我国粉煤灰无法处理，堆积成山的情况，有利于环保；而加入的苛化白泥渣和废弃耐火砖也均为工业和建筑废弃物，价格低廉；而本发明中加入聚丙乙烯泡沫与乙酸乙酯相配合可以在水泥的无机体系中形成致密的有机膜，显著提升砂浆的防水性能。
