The invention discloses a preparation method of self-leveling mortar with waterproof and self-cleaning effects. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing modified reinforced fibers and fly ash, adding Portland cement and high-alumina cement, uniformly mixing, heating to 60-65 DEG C, adding other raw materials, and uniformly stirring to obtain the self-leveling mortar. The self-leveling mortar consists of the following components: Portland cement, modified reinforced fibers, fly ash, high-alumina cement, modified redispersible latex, an early strength agent, a defoaming agent,a retarder, a water reducing agent, blast furnace slag and water. According to the self-leveling mortar, the modified reinforced fibers are added and matched with the Portland cement, the high-aluminacement and the modified redispersible latex, so that the compactness of an inorganic system of the cement can be remarkably improved, and the waterproof performance of the self-leveling mortar is remarkably improved; and by adding the modified redispersible latex, the self-cleaning effect of the mortar as a facing layer can be remarkably improved.
