Method and mold for net-size forming of carbon fiber needled preform
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of preforms and particularly relates to a method and a mold for net-size forming of a carbon fiber needled preform. The net-size forming method for the carbon fiber needled preform provided by the invention comprises the following steps: manufacturing a carbon fiber needled preform blank on the outer surface of an inner mold by adopting aneedling process; and in the presence of the inner mold, covering the outer surface of the carbon fiber needled preform blank with an outer mold for shaping treatment, thereoby forming the carbon fiber needled preform between the inner mold and the outer mold. According to the invention, the inner mold is used as a support body, and the inner mold and the outer mold are used for controlling and shaping the size of the primary preform, so the obtained carbon fiber needled preform has relatively high size precision, and the acquisition of the net-size carbon fiber needled preform is facilitated. The test results of embodiments show that compared with the size of a carbon/carbon composite material standard product, the method provided by the invention can control the allowance size of the carbon fiber needled preform to be within 1mm.
本发明属于预制体制备技术领域,特别涉及一种碳纤维针刺预制体净尺寸成型的方法及模具。本发明提供了一种碳纤维针刺预制体净尺寸成型的方法,包括以下步骤:采用针刺工艺在内模的外表面制作碳纤维针刺预制体雏品;在内模存在条件下,在所述碳纤维针刺预制体雏品外表面加罩外模进行整形处理,在所述内模和外模之间形成碳纤维针刺预制体。本发明采用内模为支撑体,通过内模和外模对初级预制体尺寸的控制和整形,保证了所得碳纤维针刺预制体具有较高的尺寸精度,进而有利于实现净尺寸碳纤维针刺预制体的获得。实施例测试结果表明,与碳/碳复合材料标准产品的尺寸相比,本发明提供的方法能够将碳纤维针刺预制体的余量尺寸控制在1mm以内。
