The invention discloses a method for constructing an immersed tube rammed and expanded cast-in-place pile in a sand layer or a gravel layer, and relates to the field of building construction. The method includes the following steps that 1, a long spiral drilling machine is used for forming a guiding hole in a pile position, the depth of the guiding hole is smaller than a designed pile length, andthe diameter of the guiding hole is larger than that of a pile pipe; 2, slurry or chemical pulp is injected into the bottom of the hole from the interior of a long spiral drill center steel pipe, grouting is conducted while a drill rod is lifted, and it is guaranteed that hole collapse does not occur in the sand layer or the gravel layer; 3, immersed tube rammed and expanded equipment is used forhammering and sinking the steel pile pipe conforming to the design into the guiding hole, so that part of the slurry or the chemical pulp is extruded out of the ground from the outside of the pile pipe; 4, reinforcement cages are placed in the pile pipe, and concrete is poured into the pile pipe, wherein the concrete pouring height is the height of the concrete after the pile pipe is pulled out and conforms to the designed pile top elevation; and 5, the pile pipe is pulled out, the upper end of the pile is vibrated through a vibrating rod, and construction of the pile is completed. The hole forming depth of an immersed tube can be guaranteed, and hole collapse is avoided.
