The plate laying tool comprises first positioning plates, a plate pressing plate, an adjustingassembly and at least three second positioning plates arranged in a crossed mode, wherein the at least three second positioning plates arranged in the crossed mode are perpendicularly arranged on thefirst positioning plates, at least two containing grooves are defined and formed by the second positioning plates and the first positioning plates, and each containing groove is used for containing one corner of a plate to be laid; the plate pressing plate is arranged in one containing groove, and the plate pressing plate and the first positioning plates are arranged in a spaced mode; and the adjusting assembly is configured to be capable of pressing the plate pressing plate tightly to the plate to be laid in the corresponding containing groove. The plate laying tool is convenient and fast tooperate and high in positioning precision, the flatness of adjacent plates to be laid is ensured, the laying and leveling efficiency is improved, the construction speed is accelerated, the construction period is shortened, and the requirement for operation of operators is low.
