Photocatalytic cement-based material
The invention provides a photocatalytic cement-based material which is prepared by mixing cement, a photocatalyst, a dispersing agent and water according to the mass ratio of 1:(0.005-0.08):0.001:0.35, wherein the photocatalyst is obtained by modifying layered aluminosilicate with a pillared agent, loading butyl titanate, and carrying out in-situ hydrolysis and calcination. According to the preparation method, the photocatalyst is added into the cement and is compounded with the dispersing agent, so that the photocatalyst can be uniformly dispersed in the cement, the photocatalysis effect of the cement is effectively improved; in the inveniton, the layered aluminosilicate is pillared by adopting the cationic pillared agent, the interlayer domain of the layered aluminosilicate is expanded,and then butyl titanate is introduced between layers, so that the photocatalytic effect of the cement is improved. The photocatalyst obtained by in-situ hydrolysis and calcination can realize uniformdistribution of titanium dioxide between layers, solves the problem that titanium dioxide particles are easy to agglomerate and inactivate, and can further improve the photocatalytic effect of the prepared photocatalytic cement-based material when being used for preparing the photocatalytic cement-based material, thereby effectively solving the problem of air pollution.
本发明提供一种光催化水泥基材料,该光催化水泥基材料,由水泥、光催化剂、分散剂、水按1∶(0.005‑0.08)∶0.001∶0.35的质量比混合得到;所述光催化剂由柱撑剂改性层状硅铝酸盐后,负载钛酸丁酯,经原位水解和煅烧得到。本发明通过在水泥中加入光催化剂,并复配分散剂,可使光催化剂能够在水泥中均匀分散,从而有效提高其光催化效果,且本发明采用阳离子柱撑剂对层状硅铝酸盐进行柱撑,扩大其层间域,然后,在层间引入钛酸丁酯,原位水解、煅烧得到的光催化剂,可实现二氧化钛在层间的均匀分布,解决了二氧化钛颗粒易团聚失活的问题,当将其用于制备光催化水泥基材料时,可进一步提高所制光催化水泥基材料的光催化效果,从而有效解决了空气污染问题。
