The alternate replacement type recharge system comprises a ditch, a plurality of recharge wells and an extraction device, whereinthe ditch is used as a flow path of a replenishment water source; the multiple recharge wells are independently arranged, the recharge wells are communicated with the ditch, and filter layers are arranged in the recharge wells; and the extraction device is communicated with the recharge wells. The alternate replacement type recharge system is suitable for the conditions that an aquitard is distributed on the ground surface and a continuous sand layer is distributed on the lower portion, water is introduced into the sand layer through the recharge system, the infiltration efficiency is guaranteed, meanwhile, the problems that a traditional out-of-wall filtering device is difficult to clean after being blocked and the recharge efficiency is influenced are solved through alternate replacement type recharge and regular backwashing, and efficient and long-term operation of the recharge wells is guaranteed while the available quantity of underground water resources is increased. Infiltration efficiency is effectively guaranteed, blockage is relieved, practicability is high, uninterrupted recharge can be achieved, recharge efficiency is guaranteed, the construction cost is low, and the system is suitable for wide popularization.
