The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete plate and a processing method thereof, belonging to the technical field of concrete plates. The autoclaved aerated concrete plate comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of fine sand, 10-16 parts of diatomite, 2-6 parts of light calcium carbonate, 10-12 parts of reinforced fibers, 2-4 partsof a water reducing agent, 2-4 parts of a foaming agent, 2-4 parts of an admixture and 40-60 parts of water. According to the autoclaved aerated concrete plate and the processing method thereof in theinvention, the cement is screened by using a 0.08-mm square hole sieve; a 0.16-mm square hole sieve is used for screening the fine sand; the screened cement, the screened fine sand and water are mixed according to a ratio of 3: 2: 2 and added into a stirring tank; the obtained mixture is stirred by a stirrer; the reinforcing fibers and the admixture are added, so the self-weight of the concrete plate is relatively small, and the strength of the plate is improved while the self-weight is reduced; and the novel concrete plate is relatively good in ductility and relatively strong in shock resistance, and has certain advantage performance compared with a common concrete plate.
本发明公开了一种蒸压加气混凝土板材及其加工方法,其原料按重量份比包括:水泥30‑50份、细砂20‑30份、硅藻土10‑16份、轻质碳酸钙2‑6份、增强纤维10‑12份、减水剂2‑4份、发泡剂2‑4份、掺合料2‑4份和水40‑60份本发明涉及混凝土板材技术领域。该蒸压加气混凝土板材及其加工方法,通过利用0.08mm方孔筛对水泥进行筛选,利用0.16mm方孔筛对细砂进行筛选,将经过筛选后的水泥和细砂与水进行比例为3:2:2混合加入搅拌罐中,并且利用搅拌机对混合物进行搅拌,利用增强纤维和掺合料的加入,使该混凝土板材的自重较小,在降低自重的同时提高了板材的强度,并且该新型的混凝土板材的延性较好,抗震能力较强,相比较普通的混凝土板材具有一定的优势性能。
