Short-line construction method for prefabricated assembly construction corrugated steel web bridge
The invention discloses a short-line construction method for a prefabricated assembly construction corrugated steel web bridge. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a pier foundation is constructed, 0 # section and 1 # section cast-in-place construction is completed on the pier foundation, prefabricated construction is adopted for a 2 # section and subsequent sections, and a prefabricatedcorrugated steel web is pre-buried into a concrete web in the 1 # section construction process; a concrete prefabricated bottom plate, a concrete prefabricated top plate, a steel diaphragm plate and aprefabricated corrugated steel web are assembled in a factory to form a prefabricated corrugated steel web beam; the prefabricated corrugated steel web beam integrally assembled in the factory is hoisted to the bridge, then prefabricated corrugated steel webs are sequentially welded, a concrete bottom plate post-pouring belt is poured and a concrete top plate post-pouring belt is poured, and thesteps are repeated to complete bridge cantilever section construction; and finally, the bridge deck is constructed, and whole bridge construction is completed. Full-prefabricated construction is adopted, the concrete quality is improved, the time of on-site high-altitude operation is shortened, and the engineering risk is reduced.
本发明公开了一种预制拼装施工波形钢腹板桥短线施工方法,首先桥墩基础施工,并在桥墩基础上完成0#节段和1#节段现浇施工,对2#节段及后续节段采用预制施工,在1#节段施工过程中预埋预制波形钢腹板至混凝土腹板内;在工厂内将混凝土预制底板、混凝土预制顶板、钢横隔板和预制波形钢腹板组装起来形成预制波形钢腹板梁,然后将工厂整体拼装的预制波形钢腹板梁吊装至桥上,然后依次焊接预制波形钢腹板,浇注混凝土底板后浇带,浇注混凝土顶板后浇带,重复上述步骤,完成桥梁悬臂段施工;最后对桥面施工,完成整个桥梁施工。本发明采用全预制化建造,提高了混凝土质量,缩短现场高空作业的时间,减低工程风险。
