The devicecomprises an automatic driving maneuvering platform, a 3D/2D integrated detection device arranged on the automatic driving maneuvering platform, a target identification device, a control device and a road surface cleaning device. The 3D/2D integrated detection device is positioned at the rear part of the automatic driving maneuvering platform. The road surface cleaning device is positioned at the front part or the middle part of the automatic driving maneuvering platform.The 3D/2D integrated detection device, the target recognition device, the road surface sweeping device and the automatic driving maneuvering platform are connected with the control device. And the 3D/2D integrated detection device is connected with the target identification device.
