The invention discloses a preparation method of a lead zirconate titanate aerogel composite coating, and belongs to the technical field of functional materials. On the basis of early research, with N,N-dimethylformamide being a solvent, PZT aerogel powder is compounded with PVDF, and a solvent casting method is used for preparing a PZT aerogel coating, and the PZT aerogel coating is endowed with flexibility on the premise of keeping intrinsic properties such as low density and low acoustic impedance of aerogel collagen, so that application of the PZT aerogel to an underwater acoustic transducer becomes possible; meanwhile, the SiO2 aerogel powder and PZT ceramic powder are added into the composite film, and the comprehensive performance of the PZT aerogel coating is adjusted by changing the number of layers of the composite coating.
一种锆钛酸铅气凝胶复合涂层的制备方法,属于功能材料技术领域。本发明在前期研究的基础上,使用N,N二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,通过将PZT气凝胶粉体与PVDF复合,使用溶剂浇铸法制备出PZT气凝胶涂层,在保留气凝胶原有低密度、低声阻抗等本征性能的前提下赋予其柔韧性,使得PZT气凝胶应用于水声换能器成为可能。与此同时,又通过在复合膜中添加SiO2气凝胶粉体、PZT陶瓷粉体、改变复合涂层的层数对PZT气凝胶涂层的综合性能进行了调节。
