The preparation method of the artificial stone material comprises the following steps: weighing the components according to the component amounts of the artificial stone material; laying the measured coarse aggregate in an artificial stone mold to form a coarse aggregate layer; mixing the components for preparing the stone slurry with water to prepare the stone slurry; pouring the stone slurry into an artificial stone mold, and carrying out vacuumizing treatment; and subjecting the stone slurry after the vacuumizing forming treatment to thermocuring treatment. According to the preparation method of the artificial stone, the rate of filling the coarse aggregate layer with stone slurry is effectively increased, and the distribution uniformity of aggregate and other components is accelerated, so that bubbles possibly remaining on the concrete component are reduced, and the mechanical property and durability of the artificial stone are improved. Moreover, the preparation method of the artificial stone is stable in process condition control, so that the performance stability of the prepared artificial stone is ensured.
