Preparation method of artificial stone
The invention relates to the technical field of indoor decoration, in particular to a preparation method of artificial stone. Comprising the following steps: (1) adding quartz sand, mineral powder and sand washing tailing mud, stirring, adding an emulsion and water glass, adding water, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent and a thickening agent, adding polypropylene fibers, mixing, and defoaming to prepare slurry; and (2) brushing a release agent into a mold, arranging the grid on the bottom layer of the mold after the release agent is dried, flatly paving the slurry prepared in the step (1) into the mold, putting the mold into a curing box for curing and forming, and demolding after cooling to prepare the artificial stone. The artificial stone prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has a relatively low pressing-bending ratio, and can surround a cylindrical mold with the diameter of 200mm for multiple times without cracking; and the gum is good in adaptability, temperature change resistance and durability, and has no obvious crack and surface peeling phenomena after long-term dry-wet circulation.
本发明涉及室内装修技术领域,具体涉及一种人造石的制备方法。包括以下步骤:(1)加入石英砂、矿粉和洗砂尾泥,搅拌后加入乳液、水玻璃,然后加入水、减水剂、消泡剂、增稠剂,再加入聚丙烯纤维,混合后进行消泡,制得浆体;(2)在模具中刷入脱模剂,待脱模剂干后将网格布置于模具底层,再将步骤(1)制得的浆体平铺在模具中,再将模具放置于养护箱中进行养护成型,冷却后脱模,制得人造石。本发明制备的人造石具备较低的压折比,能够多次环绕直径200mm圆柱形模具而不开裂;并且背胶适应性、耐温变性及耐久性良好,经过长期干湿循环,无明显裂纹和表面脱皮现象。
