The high-water-reducing slump-retaining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared by the following method: S1, mixing methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether with water to obtain a substrate solution A; mixing an acrylic monomer with water to obtain a solution B; mixing a slump-retaining monomer, a cross-linking monomer and water to obtain a solution C; mixing a reducing agent, achain transfer agent and water to obtain a solution D; S2, adding hydrogen peroxide into the substrate solution A, uniformly mixing, dropwise adding the solution B and the solution D at the same time, dropwise adding the solution C at the same time after dropwise adding for preset time, and controlling the solution B and the solution C to be completely dropwise added at the same time; and S3, after dropwise adding is finished, keeping the temperature, and adding an alkaline solution to adjust the pH value to 7.0 +/-1.0, thereby obtaining the high-water-reducing slump-retaining polycarboxylatesuperplasticizer. 本发明提供一种高减水保坍型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法和应用,涉及混凝土减水剂技术领域。本发明的高减水保坍型聚羧酸减水剂通过以下方法制备得到:S1、将甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚与水混合,得底物溶液A;将丙烯酸单体与水混合,得溶液B;将保坍型单体、交联单体与水混合,得溶液C;将还原剂、链转移剂与水混合,得溶液D;S2、向底物溶液A中加入双氧水,混合均匀,同时滴加溶液B和溶液D,滴加预定时间后,同时滴加溶液C,控制溶液B和溶液C同时滴完;S3、滴加结束,保温,加碱溶液调节pH值为7.0±1.0,即得高减水保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。本发明的减水剂应用于混凝土中具有较好的初始分散能力和坍落度保持能力。
