The water-reducing and slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducer can improve the problems of high mixing amount, serious loss and the like of concrete admixtures, has both water-reducing and slump-retaining properties, and does not influence the strength of concrete. 本发明涉及一种保坍型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,一种保坍型聚羧酸减水剂,以重量份数计,所述保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的制备原料包括:改性芸苔素内酯8‑12份;不饱和聚醚单体340‑400份;不饱和羧酸单体14‑18份;功能单体36‑40份;氧化剂2.6‑3.0份;还原剂1.4‑1.6份;链转移剂0.3‑0.5份;以及pH调节剂4‑8份。本发明引入改性芸苔素内酯,一方面酯基水解的亲水基团可以补充水泥浆体中消耗的羧基,另一方面其含有的多羟基和长链结构,也进一步增大了吸附分散能力。本发明的减水保坍型聚羧酸减水剂能改善混凝土外加剂掺量高、损失严重等问题,兼顾减水与保坍性能,且不影响混凝土强度。此外与普通减水型减水剂、保水剂、消泡剂等助剂有较好适应性。
