According to the slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, the slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is simply, stably and efficiently prepared under a normal temperature condition by adopting an ethylene glycol monovinyl polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer with higher reaction activity and a functional monomer with different slump-retaining action forms to carry out a liquid-phase free radical copolymerization reaction; the slump-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer has synergistic slump-retaining effects of carboxyl protection, cross-linking and amphoteric various forms, has good adaptability to concrete raw materials, and shows low sensitivity to cementing materials; the slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent can effectively solve the common problems of single slump-retaining action form, poor adaptability to concrete raw materials, high sensitivity to cementing materials and the like of the conventional slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent mainly comprising carboxyl protection type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents at present, and can better meet the requirements of actual construction on the slump-retaining performance of concrete.
本发明提供了一种保坍型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,采用反应活性更高的乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚大单体与具有不同保坍作用形式的功能性单体进行液相自由基共聚反应,常温条件下简单、稳定、高效制备一种保坍型聚羧酸减水剂;保坍型聚羧酸减水剂具备羧基保护、交联和两性多种形式的协效保坍作用、对混凝土原材料具有良好适应性、对胶凝材料表现低敏感性;保坍型聚羧酸减水剂能够有效解决目前以羧基保护型聚羧酸减水剂为主的常规保坍型聚羧酸减水剂存在的保坍作用形式单一、对混凝土原材料适应性差、对胶凝材料敏感性高等常见问题,更好地满足实际施工对混凝土保坍性能的需求。
