The invention discloses a low-cost sintered permanent magnetic ferrite material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of permanent magnetic ferrite material sintering. The problems that the particle size of a mixed material is different due to non-uniform crushing of a mixture, when the permanent magnetic ferrite material is prepared, using of an over-sized materialcauses changes of a microstructure in permanent magnetic ferrite, the coercivity of the permanent magnetic ferrite is reduced, and the subsequent using effect of the permanent magnetic ferrite is poorare solved. A mounting frame, a drying box, two brackets, a sintering box and a high-voltage magnetic field box are arranged above a base, the mounting frame, the drying box, the brackets, the sintering box and the high-voltage magnetic field box are all connected with the base through screws, a stirring box is arranged on one side of the mounting frame, the stirring box is connected with the mounting frame through screws, and a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor are arranged in the drying box and the sintering box correspondingly.
