The invention relates to the technical field of permanent magnetic ferrite magnets, and discloses a preparation method of a permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering material. The molecular formula of the main phase of the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering material prepared by the method provided by the invention is CayLaxSr (1-x-y) Fe2n-zCoz, and the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 89.05 to 89.65 mol percent of Fe2O3, 2.5 to 5.0 mol percent of CaO, 3.6 to 4.8 mol percent of La2O3, 2.5 to 3.0 mol percent of Co2O3 and 0.5 to 1.5 mol percent of SrO. According to the preparation method of the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material provided by the invention, 0.1-0.3 wt% of silicon dioxide and 0.1-0.2 wt% of boric acid are added in the wet ball-milling process of the raw materials, and the mass ratio of water to the raw materials in the ball-milling slurry is controlled to be (1.2-1.5): 1, so that flaky growth of crystal grains of the permanent magnetic ferrite raw materials is inhibited, abnormal growth of the crystal grains is inhibited, and low-temperature fine crystal grains are realized; and the raw materials can be uniformly mixed through a simple process subsequently.
本发明涉及永磁铁氧体磁铁技术领域,公开了一种永磁铁氧体预烧料的制备方法。本发明提供方法制备得到的永磁铁氧体预烧料的主相分子式为CayLaxSr1‑x‑yFe2n‑zCoz,其中原料配比为:Fe2O3 89.05‑89.65mol%,CaO 2.5‑5.0mol%,La2O3 3.6‑4.8mol%,Co2O3 2.5‑3.0mol%,SrO 0.5‑1.5 mol%。本发明提供的永磁铁氧体预烧料的制备方法通过在原料的湿法球磨过程中,加入0.1‑0.3wt%二氧化硅和0.1‑0.2wt%硼酸,并控制球磨浆料中水与原料的质量比为1.2‑1.5:1,抑制永磁铁氧体原料晶粒的片状生长,并抑制晶粒的异常长大,实现低温细晶粒,使后续通过简单工艺便能使原料混合均匀。
