The invention discloses a preparation method of plastering gypsum mortar, belonging to the technical field of mortar. The preparation method of the plastering gypsum mortar comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials; (2) conducting mixing and stirring; and (3) adding an additive. The method is simple in preparation process, convenient to operate, low in cost, short in preparation period and suitable for large-scale production; by adding expanded and vitrified microbeads, the prepared plastering gypsum mortar is slightly expanded after being hardened, and the phenomena of hollowing and cracking are prevented; by adding a mineral admixture, recycling of solid waste can be achieved, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved; and through the synergisticeffect and reasonable proportioning of the raw materials, the plastering gypsum mortar has the advantages of high compressive strength, light weight, strong cohesiveness, good water-retaining property, water resistance and crack resistance, and solves the problems of easy hollowing, cracking, poor water resistance, poor water-retaining property and low compressive strength of plastering mortar inthe prior art.
