Preparation method for sintering ceramic foamed microcrystalline decorative brick by using lithium precipitation tailings
The invention discloses a preparation method for sintering a ceramic foamed microcrystalline decorative brick by using lithium precipitation tailings. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a lithium precipitation tailing raw material; preparing a ceramic foaming material; preparing a decorative microcrystalline material; mixing the raw materials; preparing a molded product; and forming firing of the product. According to the preparation method for sintering the ceramic foamed microcrystalline decorative brick by using the lithium precipitation tailings, the lithium precipitation tailings are used as one of the raw materials of the sintered decorative brick, so the overall functionality of the sintered decorative brick can be effectively improved; and the environment-friendly effect of the preparation work of the sintered decorative brick can be guaranteed, and therefore, the working value of the preparation mode of the sintered decorative brick is improved. Inthe sintering process of the sintered decorative brick, the full-paving effect of upper-layer decorative microcrystals of the sintered decorative brick can be guaranteed, so the overall attractiveness of the sintered decorative brick is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the overall strength of the sintered decorative brick can be further enhanced through die pressing work, and therefore, the firmness ofthe sintered decorative brick is improved.
