Cast-in-place concrete sandwich wall with non-dismantling bolts
The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete sandwich wall with non-dismantling bolts. The cast-in-place concrete sandwich wall comprises a heat preservation layer, an inner concrete layer, an outer concrete layer, mesh steel bars and non-dismantling bolt web members, wherein the inner concrete layer and the outer concrete layer are located on the two sides of the heat preservation layer correspondingly; the mesh steel bars are located in the outer concrete layer; the non-dismantling bolt web members penetrate through the heat preservation layer, the inner concrete layer, the outer concrete layer and the mesh steel bars; the outer walls of the non-dismantling bolt web members are fixedly sleeved with water stop anchoring parts; the water stop anchoring parts are located in the outer concrete layer; and the two ends of each non-dismantling bolt web member are symmetrically and fixedly connected with two formwork supporting parts. According to the cast-in-place concrete sandwich wallwith the non-dismantling bolts, the method that the three functions of permanent tying parts, formwork positioning parts for construction and formwork fixing bolts for construction of the composite concrete sandwich wall are combined is adopted, and a large amount of construction cost and steel materials for construction can be saved; and the cast-in-place concrete sandwich wall obtained after construction further has the advantages that the heat preservation effect and the structure are the same in service life, and the fire resistance limit is high.
