The structure comprises an external traffic parking area, an energy-saving hall module, a waiting area module, a through buswaiting area module and a through bus; each of the energy-saving hall module, the waiting area module and the through bus waiting area module comprises a single entrance door and a single exit door;the single entrance door of the energy-saving hall module is in communication with the external traffic parking area, and the single exit door of the energy-saving hall module is in communication withthe single entrance door of the waiting area module; the single exit door of the waiting area module is in communication with the single entrance door of the through bus waiting area module; the single exit door of the through bus waiting area module is in communication with an urban special passage leading to a station waiting hall or a basic station; and the through bus is parked in the throughbus waiting area module, and based on the urban special passage, the through bus shuttles between the through bus waiting area module and the station waiting hall or the basic station.
