The invention discloses a winter construction temperature control method for a bridge section CRTS III type plate ballastless track. The method comprises the steps that 1, a winter construction temperature control shed for the bridge section CRTS III type plate ballastless track is built; 2, the temperature of the temperature control shed is raised in advance; 3, the temperature control shed is cooled; 4, secondary heating of the temperature control shed is conducted; 5, a mold cavity is heated; 6, the self-compacting concrete mold entering temperature is controlled, and a track plate is poured; and 7, the track plate with a mold is cured. A reasonable temperature control mode is adopted; a relatively stable pouring and curing temperature control condition is created for self-compacting concrete low-temperature state construction of the CRTS III type plate ballastless track; and meanwhile, the track fine adjustment precision is met, the problem that the self-compacting concrete is difficult to construct and cure in a low-temperature state is solved, and the winter pouring and curing quality of the self-compacting concrete of the CRTS III type plate ballastless track is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种桥梁段CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道冬期施工温控方法,包括步骤:一、搭建桥梁段CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道冬期施工温控棚;二、温控棚提前升温;三、温控棚降温;四、温控棚二次升温;五、模腔升温;六、控制自密实混凝土入模温度并灌注轨道板;七、轨道板带模养护。本发明通过合理的温度控制方式,不但为CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土低温状态施工创造了一个相对稳定的灌注及养护温控条件,同时满足轨道精调精度,解决了自密实混凝土低温状态施工及养护难的问题,保证了CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土冬期灌注及养护的质量。
