Novel CRTS-III type ballastless track
The invention discloses a novel CRTS-III type ballastless track, and relates to the technical field of tracks, the novel CRTS-III type ballastless track comprises a base plate, a track plate and a filling layer; the filling layer is formed by pouring self-compacting concrete between the track plate and the base plate; a corrugated plate steel framework is embedded in the track plate; and the corrugated steel framework is formed by splicing a main body corrugated plate, perforated channel steel and a strip-shaped corrugated plate. According to the novel CRTS-III type ballastless track provided by the invention, interlayer cracking of a plate type ballastless track and cracking of a track plate can be avoided.
本发明公开一种新型CRTS‑Ⅲ型无砟轨道，涉及轨道技术领域，包括底座板、轨道板和填充层；所述填充层为向所述轨道板与所述底座板之间灌注自密实混凝土而成；所述轨道板内埋设有波纹板钢骨架；所述波纹钢骨架采用主体波纹板、开孔槽钢和条形波纹板拼装制成。本发明提供的新型CRTS‑Ⅲ型无砟轨道，能够避免板式无砟轨道层间开裂、轨道板开裂。
