The invention relates to a core reserving and replacement reinforcing construction method for a concrete frame column which comprises the following steps: detecting the frame column to determine a to-be-chiseled area and a column core reserved area; erecting temporary supports around the frame column for unloading; dividing the to-be-chiseled area into an H shape along the cross section, wherein the area corresponding to the concave part of the H-shaped cross section is a first to-be-chiseled area, and the area corresponding to the two side parts of the H-shaped cross section is a second to-be-chiseled area; chiseling off the first to-be-chiseled area; erecting a first formwork for the first to-be-chiseled area; pouring concrete or a grouting material into the first to-be-chiseled area; removing the first formwork; chiseling off the second to-be-chiseled area; erecting a second formwork for the second to-be-chiseled area; pouring concrete or a grouting material into the second to-be-chiseled area; removing the second formwork; and unloading in stages and removing the temporary supports. The construction method is safe, reliable and high in practicability, and the stability of a temporary supporting system and an original structure system in the construction process is improved.
