The large particles in the slurry are not easy to settle, and the stability of the grouted arch-shaped structural surface is high; thin-spraying sealing and deep-hole groutingare matched to form a double-layer pressurizing composite arch structure to reinforce a roadway, mud-philic slurry and improved mud-philic slurry are adopted for thin-spraying sealing and deep-hole grouting respectively, and the stability of the double-layer pressurizing composite arch structure is guaranteed.
本发明涉及煤矿巷道修复技术领域,尤其是一种大埋深冲击地压矿井巷道修复方法。本发明的大埋深冲击地压矿井巷道修复方法包括如下步骤:支护、薄喷封闭、深孔注浆和复喷,在薄喷封闭过程主要为了将浅层松散破碎的围岩进行填充,形成浅部锚杆压缩区组合拱,深孔注浆则对深部松散围岩进行胶结形成深部浆液扩散加固拱,深孔注浆过程中为了确保浆料具备零号的渗透性能够与深部松散围岩紧密结合且与薄喷封闭层粘合稳固。本发明浆料中大颗粒不易沉降,注浆成的拱形结构面稳定性强;采用薄喷封闭与深孔注浆配合形成了双层加压复合拱结构对巷道进行加固,在薄喷封闭与深孔注浆分别采用亲泥性浆料改进型亲泥浆料进行注浆,确保双层加压复合拱结构的稳固性。
