The invention discloses a method for pouring concrete of a mechanical pore-forming pile meeting a karst cave. The method realizes plugging of a karst cave opening through a special supporting device.The supporting device comprises a steel reinforcement cage, an electric hydraulic rod, an arc-shaped protection steel plate and an auxiliary arc-shaped steel protection plate, the arc-shaped protection steel plate is temporarily fixed on the outer side of the steel reinforcement cage, the auxiliary arc-shaped steel protection plate is arranged at an opposite position of the arc-shaped protection steel plate, and the auxiliary arc-shaped steel protection plate is temporarily fixed on the outer side of the steel reinforcement cage; and the electric hydraulic rod is horizontally arranged on the steel reinforcement cage, one end of the electric hydraulic rod is contacted with the arc-shaped protection steel plate, and the other end of the electric hydraulic rod is contacted with the auxiliaryarc-shaped steel protection plate. The method and the device have the beneficial effects that due to the fact that the arc-shaped protection steel plate is arranged on the outer surface of the steel reinforcement cage, the arc-shaped protection steel plate tightly shields the karst cave opening through the electric hydraulic rod, under the condition that the size in the karst cave cannot be estimated, when concrete is poured, slurry leakage and hole collapse are effectively avoided by using the method, meanwhile, the concrete waste is avoided, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
一种机械成孔桩遇溶洞砼浇筑的方法是通过特殊的支护装置实现对溶洞口的封堵,所述支护装置包括钢筋笼、电动液压杆、弧形防护钢板及辅助弧形钢护板,将所述弧形防护钢板临时固定于钢筋笼外侧上,所述弧形防护钢板正对位置处设置有一辅助弧形钢护板,所述辅助弧形钢护板临时固定于钢筋笼外侧上;所述电动液压杆水平设置于钢筋笼上,所述电动液压杆一端与所述弧形防护钢板接触,另一端与辅助弧形钢护板接触。本发明的有益效果在于:通过在钢筋笼外表面设置弧形防护钢板,以及通过电动液压杆使弧形防护钢板紧紧遮挡溶洞口,由此,在溶洞内的大小不可预估的情况下,在砼浇筑时,使用本方法有效避免漏浆、塌孔现象产生的同时,不但避免混凝土的浪费也有效提高了施工效率。
