The invention discloses a novel floor support plate and floor system which comprises a bottom formwork, a connecting piece and at least two sets of steel bar trusses. Each set of steel bar trusses includes two longitudinal bars and one transverse bar. The connecting piece comprises a movable frame, an assembling column, a disassembling column and a spring. By inserting a long strip plate matched with a long strip groove in size into the long strip groove, the disassembling column is extruded by the long strip plate to slide into a movable cavity, the movable frame moves along with the disassembling column, and the assembling column moves along with the movable frame, so that the assembling column exits into a second through hole, and the transverse bars exit from assembling holes. Accordingly, the transverse bars are disconnected from the bottom formwork, the bottom formwork is disassembled, the disassembling process is simple and convenient, and the problem that a steel bar truss anda bottom formwork are not convenient to disassemble is solved.
