Deep foundation soft soil interlayer replacement and reinforcement method
The invention discloses a deep foundation soft soil interlayer replacement and reinforcement method. The method comprises the steps that a geological drilling rig is adopted for drilling a hole in thesurface of a foundation with a soft soil interlayer needing to be treated, and a protection pipe is conveyed to the top face of the soft soil interlayer; then a drill bit at the lower end of a drillrod is replaced with a high-pressure nozzle drill bit, and high-speed water flow sprayed out of the high-pressure nozzle drill bit is used for stirring and diluting soft soil into slurry in a flowingstate; then a steel guide pipe is put down in the protection pipe, compressed air is injected into the steel guide pipe through an air compressor, the compressed air is sprayed out of the lower end ofthe steel guide pipe to be mixed with the cut and stirred soft soil slurry, the mixture rises in the protection pipe, and the slurry is brought to the ground surface to be discharged; and the soft soil interlayer slurry is discharged out of the ground surface to form a local cavity, and an upper soil and stone backfill layer collapses to backfill the cavity. According to the method, the soft clayinterlayer in the foundation is replaced, so that the strength of the foundation is improved, and uneven settlement of the foundation is reduced. Equipment used in the method is conventional, the technological process is simple, and cost input is low.
本发明公开了一种深层地基软土夹层置换加固方法,在存在软土夹层需处理的地基表面,采用地质钻机进行钻孔,将护管送至软土夹层顶面;然后将钻杆下端的钻头更换为高压喷嘴钻头,利用高压喷嘴钻头喷射出来的高速水流将软土搅拌、稀释到流动状态的泥浆;然后在护管内下放钢导管,通过空压机向钢导管内打入压缩空气,压缩空气从钢导管下端喷出与切割搅拌后的软土泥浆混合,并在护管内上升,将泥浆带到地表排出;软土夹层泥浆被排出地表而形成局部空洞,上部土石回填料层塌落回填空洞。本方法将地基中的软粘土夹层置换出来而使地基强度提高,也减少了地基的不均匀沉降。该方法所用设备较为常规,其工艺流程较为简单,成本投入低。
