The invention also discloses the preparation method of the warm-mixing recycled asphalt, wherein the warm-mixing recycled asphalt comprises the warm-mixing regenerant, and the preparation method comprises the steps: adding the warm-mixing regenerant into new asphalt, and uniformly mixing at the temperature of 130 DEG C-150 DEG C; andadding a milling material, and continuing to mix for 60-120 minutes to obtain warm-mixing recycled asphalt. The warm-mixing regenerant disclosed by the invention can give consideration to warm mixingand regeneration at the same time, can effectively improve three indexes of the milling material, and effectively reduces the viscosity of the milling material; and the process for preparing the warm-mixing recycled asphalt is a warm-mixing mode, and the mixing temperature is reduced, so that the energy consumption problem caused by high-temperature mixing and the release of irritant gas in the mixing process are solved, the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved, and the environment and the body health of personnel are better protected.
