The invention provides a preparation method of a silicon dioxide aerogel thermal insulation material by a normal-pressure microwave plasma method. The preparation method comprises the following steps:1, preparing precursor reaction slurry; 2, spraying the precursor reaction slurry obtained in the step 1 onto the surface of a flexible porous material matrix; 3, standing and aging the flexible porous material matrix obtained in the step 2; 4, carrying out plasma microwave drying on the flexible porous material matrix subjected to standing and aging in the step 3; 5, cooling the flexible porousmaterial matrix subjected to plasma microwave drying treatment in the step 4 to room temperature under a normal pressure condition; and 6, preparing a single-layer aerogel finished product/multi-layeraerogel finished product from the single-layer aerogel flexible porous material matrix prepared after normal-pressure cooling in the step 5. The method has the beneficial effects that the produced silicon dioxide aerogel finished product has the characteristics of low density, low heat conductivity coefficient, high specific surface area and good heat preservation and cold insulation effects.
本发明提供一种常压微波等离子体法二氧化硅气凝胶绝热材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:第一步,制备前驱体反应浆料:第二步,将第一步中前驱体反应浆料喷淋到柔性多孔材料基体表面;第三步,将第二步中得到的柔性多孔材料基体进行静置陈化;第四步,将第三步静置陈化后的柔性多孔材料基体进行等离子微波干燥;第五步,将第四步经过等离子微波干燥处理后的柔性多孔材料基体在常压条件下冷却至室温;第六步,将第五步中常压冷却后制备而成的单层气凝胶柔性多孔材料基体制备单层气凝胶成品/多层气凝胶成品。本发明的有益效果是:产的二氧化硅气凝胶成品具有低密度、低导热系数、高比表面积和良好保温保冷效果的特性。
